All national orders are sent using either COURIER GUY or ARAMEX courier services. Orders after 1pm will ship on the following day. There may be slight delays during holiday seasons due to courier workloads.

International orders are sent using DHL. Orders after 1pm Central African Time will ship on the following business day.
UPGRADED LENS ORDERS
Rezonite™️, Finalite™, Nanotech™ and Tactonite™️ lenses are imported from our international factories. Please allow 10 working days for the lenses to arrive. Once your lenses have been custom fitted we will scan your order and email you the tracking details for your parcel. Total delivery time is approximately 14 working days.
GENERAL INFO - All deliveries are tracked. As soon as your order is scanned for delivery, we will email you the tracking details for your parcel. Delivery time refers to business days and orders on weekends will receive a tracking number that will activate on the following Monday.
